As we celebrate Jesus, the Light of the World this Chrsitmas, we remember those who courageously share His hope in the hardest places.
In Laos, Som* and his wife Sunya* faced persecution to spread the Gospel through FEBC's media programs and church planting. Their work through FEBC helped transform lives, even as Som tragically was shot in front of his family in July this year. Som passed away in hospital shortly after surrounded by family and friends. Despite the grim reality of persecution and suffering faced by Christians, God's light continues to shine in Laos through Som's legacy and our faithful Partners.
In Pakistan, where following Christ often invites hardship, Pastor Peter* exemplifies faith in action. Partnering with FEBC through project “Bright Home,” Pastor Peter shares the Good News of Jesus while addressing critical needs in his community—promoting health, reducing family violence, and empowering women.
From evangelism to community programs, his work bridges faith and practical care. Despite persecution, Pastor Peter and his family remain steadfast, bringing hope and love to all, including Muslims and Christians alike.
This Christmas, your support helps sustain vital ministries like Pastor Peter’s, sharing God’s light through media and practical help in challenging places. Together, we bring hope and transformation with God's help.
Donate today and bring hope and light among peoples and nations.
