Thailand Planting Seeds of Hope

The people of Thailand are also feeling the effects of COVID-19. Many are suffering with hunger and unemployment, in particularly those in remote villages. The Palaung Pale team have responded and reached out to the isolated ethnic minority Palaung Pale listeners near the border of Myanmar.

The team, joined in collaboration with the local churches, visited 6 villages near the border of Myanmar and assisted 51 families totaling more than 200 people. They gave corn and sesame seeds for planting, and food staples including rice, vegetable oil, eggs, pepper and dry noodles

Many are so thankful to FEBC, not only for providing them food, but for giving them salvation and hope in the name of Jesus. There are still hundreds of families in need of practical aid and support during the COVID-19 pandemic, please continue to pray and where possible, support this COVID-19 additional aid project.
